What you're renting.

Trout fishing and boat access

The White River is known for its rainbow trout and trophy brown trout. The Calico Rock Boat Ramp sits at the entrance to Mullet's Landing, and local guides run trips from it. Bring your own boat (there's room to park the trailer at the cabin) or book a trip with a guide at the ramp.

Guest access

The whole cabin, covered porch, fire pit and yard are yours. Park at the cabin, with room for a boat trailer. Self check-in with a lockbox: we send the code and directions before you arrive. The gated entrance is beside the Calico Rock Boat Ramp, and the cabins sit farther inside the property.

Good to know

  • Riverbanks are steep in places, and the water level changes with dam releases. Take care near the river.
  • Swimming isn't recommended: the water is cold and the current changes quickly.
  • No pets, smoking or events. Check-in after 3 pm, checkout by 11 am. 2-night minimum.
  • Mullet's Landing has four cabins. Groups can book two or three side by side and still have their own space.
  • About 5 minutes to historic downtown Calico Rock and about 25 minutes to Lake Norfork. Mountain View, with Blanchard Springs Caverns and the Ozark Folk Center, is an easy day trip.

"We had a wonderful, relaxing stay! The property was clean, easy to access, and the locked gate provided an added sense of security. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated having plenty of coffee, sugar, and creamer available. If you plan to do much cooking, I recommend bringing any spices and condiments you may need. The views were beautiful, and overall, we had a great experience!"

"We actually got to stay in a different cabin then the initial reservation due to repairs but Daniel was quick to contact me and get us situated. Being right on the river and down the road from the dock was awesome. The house was gorgeous with the wood work and very spacious."

"Location is great being right on the river. However fishing from the bank here is not ideal, if that's what you're looking for."
