Information We Collect
The cabins listed on this website are managed by Dpm Inc., an Arkansas corporation. Mullet's Landing Cabins is the public-facing cabin name used on this website and in guest communication.
We collect information you choose to send us, such as your name, email address, phone number, preferred cabin, travel dates, guest count, and notes about your stay. This may happen through a contact form, River Journal subscription form, email, text message, phone call, Airbnb message, or Vrbo message.
We may also receive basic booking details from Airbnb or Vrbo when you reserve one of our cabins through either platform.
How We Use It
- To answer questions about the cabins, the river, availability, or local logistics.
- To coordinate stays, check-in details, guest support, housekeeping, and safety-related communication.
- To send River Journal updates if you asked to receive them.
- To maintain basic business records for reservations, taxes, accounting, and guest service.
Airbnb And Vrbo Bookings

We do not sell guest information. We may share information when needed to operate the cabins, comply with law, protect guests or property, process a booking through Airbnb or Vrbo, or work with service providers who help us run the business.
Your Choices
