Guidelines to ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all our guests

These house rules are designed to ensure that all guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable stay at White River Fishing. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the beauty and tranquility of our properties.

Our cabins are located in a peaceful natural setting where respect for neighbors, wildlife, and the environment is essential. Thank you for being considerate guests!

General Cabin Rules

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM (Early check-in may be available upon request)
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM (Late check-out may be available for additional fee)
  • • Please contact us if you need alternative arrangements
  • • Keys should be returned to the designated location upon departure

Occupancy & Guests

  • • Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced per cabin
  • • Cabin 750: Maximum 6 guests
  • • Cabin 820: Maximum 4 guests
  • • Day visitors must be approved in advance
  • • No parties or events without prior written consent
  • • Overnight guests not permitted without prior approval

Property Care

  • • Treat the cabin and furnishings with respect
  • • Report any damage or issues immediately
  • • Do not move furniture between rooms
  • • Use coasters for drinks to prevent water rings
  • • Clean up spills immediately
  • • Respect the natural surroundings - do not damage vegetation

Quiet Hours & Noise

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM

  • • Keep music and conversations at reasonable levels
  • • No loud outdoor activities during quiet hours
  • • Be considerate of neighboring properties
  • • Respect the natural tranquility of the river environment
  • • Generator use prohibited during quiet hours
  • • Please be mindful of wildlife - avoid loud noises that may disturb animals

Smoking Policy

Smoking Restrictions

  • NO SMOKING inside any cabin
  • • Designated smoking areas available outside
  • • Use provided ashtrays and dispose of properly
  • • No smoking on porches during dry weather conditions
  • • Violation of smoking policy will result in cleaning fee
  • • Vaping and e-cigarettes subject to same restrictions

Fire Safety

  • • No open flames or candles inside cabins
  • • Fire pits may be used when conditions permit
  • • Never leave fires unattended
  • • Fully extinguish fires before leaving area
  • • Fire extinguishers located in each cabin

Pet Policy

Pet Requirements

  • • Pets allowed only with prior approval and additional fee
  • • Maximum 2 pets per cabin
  • • Pets must be house-trained and well-behaved
  • • Current vaccination records required
  • • Pets must be leashed when outside
  • • Clean up after your pet immediately

Pet Restrictions

  • • No pets on furniture or beds
  • • Do not leave pets unattended in cabins
  • • Excessive barking must be controlled
  • • Aggressive animals not permitted
  • • Additional cleaning fee applies for pet-friendly stays

Fishing & River Access

Fishing Regulations

  • • Valid Arkansas fishing license required for ages 16+
  • • Follow all Arkansas Game & Fish Commission regulations
  • • Catch and release encouraged for trophy fish
  • • Respect private property boundaries
  • • No fishing from private docks without permission
  • • Clean fish at designated cleaning stations only

River Safety

  • • Wear life jackets when boating
  • • Be aware of changing water conditions
  • • Children must be supervised near water
  • • No swimming in fast-moving water
  • • Respect wildlife and their habitats

Amenities & Equipment

Kitchen Usage

  • • Clean up after each meal
  • • Run dishwasher before departure
  • • Store food properly to prevent wildlife attraction
  • • Report any appliance issues immediately
  • • Do not remove kitchen items from cabins

Linens & Laundry

  • • Do not take towels to the river
  • • Extra linens available in closets
  • • Washer/dryer available for guest use
  • • Strip beds used during your stay before departure

Electronics & WiFi

  • • WiFi provided free of charge
  • • Do not change TV or internet settings
  • • Report connectivity issues promptly
  • • Be aware that rural internet may be slower than urban areas

Photography & Social Media

Photo Guidelines

  • • Personal photography and videos welcome
  • • Commercial photography requires prior permission
  • • Respect privacy of other guests and neighbors
  • • Tag us @WhiteRiverFishing - we'd love to see your photos!
  • • Drone use prohibited without advance approval

Departure Checklist

Before You Leave:

  • □ Strip all beds you used
  • □ Start dishwasher with dirty dishes
  • □ Remove all trash and take to designated area
  • □ Clean refrigerator of personal food items
  • □ Turn off all lights and electronics
  • □ Lock all doors and windows
  • □ Return keys to designated location
  • □ Report any damage or issues
  • □ Leave cabin in tidy condition
  • □ Enjoy your memories until next time!
