These booking terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your reservation for accommodations at White River Fishing properties. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Booking Process
1. Making a Reservation
- • Reservations can be made online through our website, by phone, or through approved booking platforms
- • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation
- • Minimum stay requirements may apply during peak seasons
- • Check-in times: Standard 3:00 PM, Late 4:00 PM, Evening 5:00 PM. Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
2. Guest Requirements
- • Minimum age for booking is 21 years old
- • Valid government-issued ID required at check-in
- • Maximum occupancy varies by cabin (see property details)
- • No parties or events without prior written approval
3. Payment Methods
- • We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- • Debit cards are accepted with additional verification
- • Cash payments require security deposit
- • All prices are quoted in USD
Payment Terms
Deposit Requirements
- • 50% deposit required to confirm reservation
- • Full payment required for bookings less than 30 days away
- • Deposit is non-refundable per cancellation policy
- • Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
Security Deposit
- • $250 security deposit required for all reservations
- • Charged separately from rental amount
- • Refunded within 7 days of departure, pending property inspection
- • May be retained for damages, excessive cleaning, or rule violations
Taxes and Fees
- • All rates subject to applicable state and local taxes
- • Cleaning fee included in rental rate
- • No hidden fees or surprise charges
- • Total amount clearly displayed before booking confirmation
Cancellation Policy

Exceptions & Modifications
- • Date changes subject to availability and fee structure

- • Extreme weather or property damage may result in full refund or rescheduling
- • Medical emergencies with documentation may qualify for exception
Property Rules & Regulations
General Conduct
- • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- • No smoking inside cabins (designated outdoor areas available)
- • No illegal substances on property
- • Respect neighboring properties and natural environment
- • No firearms or weapons except as permitted by law
Pet Policy
- • Pets allowed with prior approval and additional fee
- • Maximum of 2 pets per cabin
- • Pets must be house-trained and well-behaved
- • Pets not allowed on furniture or beds
- • Additional cleaning fee applies for pet-friendly reservations
Fishing Guidelines
- • All guests must comply with Arkansas fishing regulations
- • Valid Arkansas fishing license required for all anglers 16+
- • Catch and release encouraged for trophy fish
- • No fishing from private docks without permission
- • Fishing gear cleaning stations available
Liability & Responsibility
Guest Responsibility
- • Guests responsible for personal safety and belongings
- • Swimming and water activities at own risk
- • Children must be supervised at all times near water
- • Report any property damage immediately
- • Follow all posted safety warnings and guidelines
Property Liability
- • Not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items
- • Not liable for weather-related disruptions
- • Not responsible for fishing success or wildlife encounters
- • Limited liability for utility interruptions or maintenance issues
